Jen moved to San Diego after graduating from Arizona State in Business Management with a lifetime passion for dance and fitness.  She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 15 years and stays up on the latest developments in functional movement and holistic health to provide comprehensive and personalized guidance to help clients achieve their health goals. Her yoga and strength training integrate a unique blend of postural restoration and ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo Articulaire), or more easily translated to Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretching, a technique created by World renowned Osteopath Dr. Guy VOYER. She has helped military personnel with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), TBI (traumatic brain injuries), and back pain, providing tailored practices of breath and movement that promote healing and resilience. Jen also collaborates with corporations to enhance employee well-being, fostering happier, more productive workplaces. She finds a tremendous amount of satisfaction helping others reach their goals and live their best life.
